Tell us about yourself.: Hi, I am BigDMcgee you may know me as I am a PD member and ex chief supervisor and I am usually online I have a lot of experience with staffing especially as a high rank and at large member discord servers some of them having well over 10,000 members.
Yes, I may not have the best ban history in the server however I have tried my hardest and the best I can do to follow the rules at all times which I do! I haven't been banned in a while as I am super careful to follow the rules all the time.
Some more personal things about me are, I have been staffing for over 4 years now and I have gained multiple teamworking skills and social skills I am usually online on Brads Life RP once I'm home from High School but I used to grind Brads till it died, I wish to come back to it as staff to help out a bit more than I can currently.

What do you bring to the staff team? What makes you stand out?: Well first of all, I'd bring maturity and kindness I'm not going to be sitting around whilst people are needing staff help I will always help them out and I have very much staffing experience on multiple other servers, they have all been over 2,000 members and I have usually become a high rank on it whilst never been given a singular punishment.
I would bring some more ideas to make the staff team more efficient and ticket response time faster, I would also try help out as much as I can and not be useless within the staff team and I would try help out the community and player base as much as I can as my time as a staff member here at Brads Life Roleplay.
Do you have other staffing experience?: Yes.
How would you help make the server a better place?: Firstly, I would help make the server a better place by trying to make sure everyone feels welcomed and safe in the server while also providing a anti-bullying server to try minimise the bullying or people feeling left out whilst playing the server.
Secondly, I would try to make the server more active than what it is and always help out whenever people ask for assistance, I would never abuse the role of be biased against people I myself have come from Poland so I wouldn't be judgemental of peoples accents as my family and friends have one.
Lastly, I would help out the staff team massively with multiple aspects of the tickets and other stuff.
